RAW RECAP FOR 2-25-2013

What a good Raw last night. It featured a fight between Paul Heymen and Vince Mcmahon, Antonion Cesaro vs Orton, Team Hell No vs Prime Time Players, Henry vs Khali, Swagger vs Miz, Miz TV, Cena vs Punk and more.


We will start with the opening segment. Vince Mcmahon and Paul Heymen started brawling in a non ref street fight and to no surprise Brock shows up and tries to aid Heymen, but then HHH shows up. He comes down to the ring and starts brawling with Brock. HHH actually ends up busting Brock open on the forehead. Lesnar counters it and gets a few shots in and slams HHH on the announcers table. Then he gets a chair. He goes to hit HHH with the chair but HHH countered into a spinebuster. Then hits Brock in the back. Brawl ends with Brock walking away from the fight. And HHH doing his flex taunt. Not much of a shocker making this match. It has been rumored for the past couple months. I believe this will be a great match. The winner usually don't matter to me I just like to see a good back and forth match. If Taker doesn't show up this year I believe the HHH vs Brock match will be the match of the night at Wrestlemania.

Next up we had the Mark Henry vs the Great Khali. I for one like watching to Super heavy weights going at it. Some people don;t like Khali. I for one just think WWE needs to turn him heel once again. As far as Mark Henry goes I don't know what kind of match he will have at Mania, but a suggestion will be to put him in a match against Y2J. Just a suggestion. It would be  a great match.

R- Truth had a return match last night. I don;t know where he's been, but it was good to see him back yesterday. I've been a fan of his since he was K Kwik. He has good , and wrestling ability. To put him in their with Cody Rhodes was awesome. Again I would like to see him turn heel again. His heel turn back in 2011 was short lived, and I think he should have went longer as the bad guy. Maybe they can have him turn on Kofi and go into a short feud with each other. Then after that he could feud with whoever the World Champ is and win the title. If not he's still good as face.

Team Hell No defeated Prime Time Players. It seems this team is getting a bit old. I really think they should just break up and drop the belts to Rhodes Scholars or Prime Time Players. Kane needs to go back to being a monster. Much like he was a year ago when feuding with Cena and Orton. And Daniel Bryan needs to go on his own also. Both guys need another run as World or WWE champ.

Orton vs Cesaro was a classic match. RKO in midair was cool. Miz vs Swagger was another classic show down. Swagger picks up the win after a match that lasted around 7 mins. Swagger I thought was gonna get dropped out of the match following what happened last week which could be found here at this link >> http://wwetapout.blogspot.com/2013/02/weed-people.html. But since they decided to keep him in the match so far I hope he defeats Del Rio at Mania.

Shield had a great segment on the mic. Then Sheamus came down to the ring and challenged Shield to a fight. Dean Ambrose and reigns started up the ramp alone leavign Seth Rollins in the ring. Orton came out from the ring behind Seth and RKO'd him real quick then left back out through the crowd . I don't know what SHIELDs role will be at Wrestlemania. I wouldn't be surprised if they have no part of the event. Unless they interfere in someone elses match.

The Last match was John Cena vs Cm Punk number 1 contender's match for the WWE title. This was the match of the night for me. Both guys hit there finishers about 3 times each. Cena did a unexpected move at the end which was impressive for a powerhouse. Watch clip below and give me your thoughts on this match and the ones from above.
