Former WWE Women's Champion Stacy "The Kat" Carter has been announced to appear at Legends of the Ring 14 taking place Saturday, June 2 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Monroe, New Jersey. She will be doing photo-ops with the bubble-wrap bikini she donned for the Miss Royal Rumble Swimsuit Contest at the 2000 Royal Rumble.
