WWE Bring Back Cruiserweight Division?

Fans may have noticed that Hornswoggle has become the new sidekick for "The Funkasaurus" Brodus Clay. This role was originally supposed to go to Santino Marella, and Brodus even saved Marella from an attack by Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger a few weeks ago on Raw. But the pairing of Clay and Marella has seemingly been dropped for unknown reasons.

WWE is looking all over the world for Cruiserweight wrestlers, especially Hispanic Luchadores. It's been reported over the past few months that WWE wants to do more for its Hispanic demographic, and that they have plans for a Cruiserweight Division on the upcoming WWE Network. WWE apparently already has a rather large list of wrestlers that they're interested in bringing in.
